National Team: Insure the Cure 2024

INSURE THE CURE MATCH APRIL 16-30
Clay and Lori Snellings are offering an exciting match opportunity to all participating Insure the Cure teams within Great Strides Atlanta. All general donations in support of Insure the Cure in the amount of $100 to $20,000 will be matched dollar for dollar up to $20,000. Sponsorships, donor advised funds, collected funds, and Facebook fundraiser donations are not eligible for this giving opportunity. The match will be effective from April 16th-April 30th or when the match is completed, whichever occurs first. Donations raised in excess of the matching goal of $20,000 will be used to support the CF Foundation’s mission.

ABOUT INSURE THE CURE

 Since 2011, the Atlanta insurance community has come together to form Insure the Cure and walk in Great Strides in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Insure the Cure was formed in honor of Clay Snellings’ daughter, Emily. Emily was born with cystic fibrosis, a rare, genetic, life-shortening disease that affects every organ in the body and makes breathing difficult. Currently, there is no cure.

Through Insure the Cure, the insurance community has raised over $3.3 million to fuel the mission of the CF Foundation. This initiative has helped the Foundation make tremendous strides in accelerating innovative research and drug development, as well as advancing care and advocacy.  

But we’re not done. We are working every day to build on this incredible momentum, and we won’t stop until there is a cure for all people living with CF. Thank you for joining us as we try to help insure the cure! For 2024, Insure the Cure, has set a goal to recruit 60 teams for the Atlanta Great Strides Walk on May 18th at Suwanee Town Center.
