About Xtreme Hike

Every Xtreme Hike participant is driven by a dream that all people with cystic fibrosis should have the chance to live a long, healthy life. By joining us at Xtreme Hike, you can help make a difference for people living with CF.

How you can participate:

Register. Register to participate in-person or virtually at our Metro DC Xtreme Hike event and help us ensure that everyone with CF has the chance to live a long, healthy life.

Recruit others to join you. Invite friends, family, and co-workers to join you in-person or virtually.

Share your story and start fundraising. Share why you are participating in Xtreme Hike through email and social media, and ask your friends and family to support your efforts by donating. You can use the participant center, the Fight CF mobile app, or Facebook Fundraising to reach your goal.

Join us on event day. Come together with family, friends, and colleagues to celebrate our collective efforts and commitment to find a cure for all people living with cystic fibrosis.

Events may be subject to change at any time, based on health concerns, including concerns based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local health officials. In these instances when events are moved to a virtual format, sponsorship benefits may be adjusted to suit the virtual format.
