My Team CF Story
Thank you SO MUCH for helping support the thousands of American's living with cystic fibrosis. My hopes are that someday, CF can stand for CURE FOUND!
This October, I will be running alongside Team CF at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon! Our team is raising money to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis!
There are approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis -- a rare, genetic, life-shortening disease. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends and co-workers who struggle every day just to breathe.
Real progress has been made in the search for a cure, but the lives of people with CF are still cut far too short. There still is no cure for this devastating disease, but together, we can help add tomorrows to the lives of people with cystic fibrosis. Will you join me?
You can help by donating an amount that is meaningful to you to my fundraising campaign today!

About your runner:
Danielle Martin is a 27-year-old pediatric physical therapist and birth doula from Geneva, New York. She began running in 2016 and hasn't stopped since! To date, she has completed one full marathon (Pittsburgh Marathon, 2019), 7 half-marathons, and tons of 5ks, 10ks, and miscellaneous distance races. The 2020 Chicago Marathon is Daneile's first attempt at running for a charity. Apart from running, Danielle enjoys playing with her black labrador, Henry, and boating in the Fingerlakes with her family. The Chicago Marathon will be Danielle's second full marathon and she is looking forward to exploring this city. Danielle's talents include riding the unicycle, juggling, and being a movie extra (when the opportunity arises!)
