There are 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, friends and co-workers who struggle every day just to breathe. We hike for them — will you support us?

Xtreme Hike is a unique event that empowers hikers to take action and demonstrate their fight in finding a cure for cystic fibrosis in a tangible, emotional and powerful way.
