This is our fifth year hiking as a team, and we're excited to be back representing the National Office at Xtreme Hike in September! 

We invite you to join our team, make a donation and help us raise funds to support the CF Foundation’s mission. By becoming a member of our team and making a donation, you are joining a growing group of people committed to finding a cure for cystic fibrosis. Together, we are adding tomorrows to the lives of people living with CF by supporting the search for a cure.

Xtreme Hike is a powerful and unique event that empowers participants to take the search for the cure to new heights. Cystic fibrosis is a rare, genetic, life-shortening disease that affects every organ in the body and makes breathing difficult. Some people with the disease say it’s like breathing through a narrow straw. In people with CF, a defective gene causes a thick buildup of mucus in the lungs, pancreas and other organs. Those living with this disease are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends, and co-workers, all struggling every day just to breathe and live a normal, healthy life. We hike for them.
