My Xtreme Hike Story

Hello! it is time to hike! The hike this year is on June 10th, and we take our first step on the trail at 4:30 am. I am excited about this event. I love participating. I am surrounded by a group of people with one purpose-one goal-to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. The majority of us have a direct connection with CF, but we have a lot of hikers who hike just to help. This will be my 4th year hiking. I have a goal to hike for at least 10 years before I retire to be a volunteer.  

In August it will be 7 years since Shannon died.

This hike is one of the ways I honor Shannon.

 Last year we had young hikers who have CF. Amazing!! That is a testament to the advances that the CFF (Cystic Fibrosis Foundation) has made in improving the quality of life for children and adults with CF.

I am again asking for your support as I take on this intense hike. Will you please consider making a donation to my page to support me and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in our efforts to find a cure? Any donation is welcomed and very much appreciated.
