My Xtreme Hike Story
Even though I failed at the last one (damn pebbles) I'm signed up for another one-day 25 mile hike in the Berkshires this June to continue our efforts in supporting the CFF. The CFF's mission is to fund research and drug development, promote individualized treatment, and ensure access to high-quality, specialized care to all living with CF.
As Carolyn writes, "Kiran continues to be an incredibly active 2nd grader, and his health has remained strong in large part thanks to the drug developments in recent years. He began taking Trikafta this winter and we have seen so many improvements in his lung function, digestion and overall health as a result. We know this miracle drug will have a lasting impact on his future health."
Since Kiran was diagnosed 7 years ago, huge strides have been made to help people with CF but there is more to do. I know that the world is crazy right now, and there are so many wonderful causes that need your support but please take a minute to read more on the Team Kiran Page and thanks in advance for a donation of any size, if you can.
