My Xtreme Hike Story
My Hike Story: Xtreme Hike for a Cure
When I first joined AXIA, I witnessed something that changed me forever. During a company meeting, one of my colleagues, who had a family member suffering from cystic fibrosis (CF), broke down while sharing their struggles. The pain and helplessness in their voice shook me to my core. It was in that moment I knew I had to do something. I decided to join the fight against CF.
On September 21, 2024, I’ll be taking on the Xtreme Hike at Echo Bluff State Park in Missouri, not just as a personal challenge, but as a commitment to finding a cure for CF. This disease affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs, making life incredibly difficult for those who battle it every day. While the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has made remarkable progress in developing treatments, we are still far from a cure—and that’s where your support comes in.
By donating to my fundraising goal, you’ll be helping to advance the mission for a cure. Every dollar you contribute brings us one step closer to ensuring that families like my colleague's no longer have to endure the heartbreak of this disease.
Let’s make CF stand for "Cure Found." Your generosity can make all the difference.
Please donate today and join me in this life-changing journey. Together, we can reach new heights and find a cure for all.
