My Xtreme Hike Story

Madison and I are excited to join the Gateway Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation on their Xtreme hike again this September.  For our second year we are pushing our support and are taking on the 30 mile Xtreme hike.  Team Bode is joining many others on this 30 mile hike to raise awareness and support for continuing research to find the cure for Cystic Fibrosis. 

Last year’s 15 (really 17) mile hike was Team Bode’s first Xtreme Hike venture with plenty of adventure.  Madison may have almost stepped on a beautiful copperhead snake in the first mile, we saw plenty of wildlife, and we captured the hike with pictures at every mile.  We are now looking forward to taking on Echo Bluff’s trails for 30 miles!

Why do we hike?  We hike for all those who suffer from Cystic Fibrosis (CF).  We are hiking to raise funds to continue to support the groundbreaking research to find the cure for CF.  Team Bode will be matching all donations for the Xtreme Hike this year.
