Our Xtreme Hike Story

Wanda is one of approximately 30,000 people in the United States living with cystic fibrosis. People with CF  are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends and co-workers who struggle every day just to breathe. We are  hiking for Wanda and others who cannot, and hope that you will support us in this effort.

Real progress has been made in the search for a cure and also in the development of new treatments, but the lives of people with CF are still cut far too short. 

We are participating in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Xtreme Hike to help raise funds and awareness for cystic fibrosis. Please consider a donation to a member of the team, no donation is too small!

Xtreme Hike is a unique event that empowers hikers to take action and demonstrate their fight in finding a cure for cystic fibrosis in a tangible, emotional and powerful way.
