My Xtreme Hike Story

Team Ava's Aviary returns to Xtreme Hike in 2024, ascending the iconic Appalachian Trail in North Carolina and Tennessee! We are grateful for your support.

A single-day trek symbolizes the uphill challenges people with CF surmount everyday to live long and fulfilled lives. 

The goal is 30.1 miles, from 19E to Iron Mountain Gap. We dedicate this hike to Ava and others on the path to a cure.
