My Xtreme Hike Story

Thank you for supporting Ava's Aviary.  We have watched Ava grow into an amazing woman who has CF, but who is not letting it restrict what she can accomplish.  Because of the treatments and therapies developed through research funded by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Ava is able to live life on her own terms.  That was not always thought possible.  There are approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis and unfortunately many who still struggle every day just to breathe. As a Family we hike for them. 

Thank you for supporting my fundraising goal so we make sure everyone is able to benefit from new therapeutics in the pipeline.

Real progress is being made for those who have CF, but there is still no cure for this devastating disease and many lives are cut far too short. We’ve come so far, but there’s still so much work to do. I know that Jil, Ava and all our Ava's Aviary supporters will not stop fighting until all those with cystic fibrosis have a cure. We will not leave anyone behind.
