I'm celebrating my 50th birthday! For many people, growing older is viewed negatively. Big numbers like 50 are not something to get excited about.

Working for the CF Foundation has changed my perspective! When the CFF began in the 1950's, children with cystic fibrosis often did not live to see elementary school.

Now, thanks to advancements in treatments and therapies funded by the CFF, people with CF are living to celebrate big numbers like 30, 40, 50, 60 and more!
