Hey Everyone,
It's that time of year again, which means getting ready for particiapting in the Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides Walk. This year the walk with be held on April 27, 2024 at Lehigh Valley at Cedar Crest College.
As most of you know, I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at a very early age of 6 months old. Through the years I had been in and out of hospitals recieving IV antibiotics for frequent infections. I did remain relatively healthy for many years, and was blessed to have my son Marcus, who is now 13 years old. When Marcus was 4 years old, I was put on the lung transplant list and just a few months later was given a second chance at llfe. I had a double lung transplant on November 26, 2014. I have been very blessed since then to be healthy and back to living a normal life with my family.
I would like to invite you to join my team as a walker or make a donation to help me raise money towards a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. My Team goal this year is to reach $5,000. You can visit my personal page to Join my team or you can make a donation through my site. Just go to www.fightcf.cff.org and you look for my page under Find Walker.
