For more than 30 years, Great Strides – the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s largest national fundraising event – has helped fuel the Foundation’s mission to cure cystic fibrosis and raise awareness for this rare, genetic, life-shortening disease that makes it difficult to breathe.

Thanks to generous donors and volunteers, the CF Foundation has made remarkable progress over the past six decades. People with CF are living longer than in the past, yet we still lose precious young lives every day.

This year, I'm participating in my local Great Strides walk virtually, and I need your help to meet my fundraising goal. Your generous gift will help accelerate the Foundation’s pursuit of new therapies and provide vital support to meet the needs of those with CF. We are committed to exploring all science that has real potential to deliver a cure. The funds raised at Great Strides will help us reach our goal.
