Where to start? The majority of people clicking on #Team Jerame to donate know that Jer had a crazy last couple of years. He recieved a double lung transplant in July of 2018, they said they got there just in time because his lungs were in such bad shape. Post transplant life was rough, full of highs and lows. For the first time in a long time Jer was able to ride is mower, walk at his first CF walk, and went ice fishing, but he also learned rather quickly that he would need dialysis, and unfortuently a heart valve replacement snuck up on us. This complication of transplant is what took Jer from us. 06/07/19. Jer fought until the end and it has been difficult without him. I know that he would want #Team Jerame to keep raising funds to cure this crap disease for future generations. Please consider a donation and walking with us. The walks will never be the same, and I honestly don't know how to get myself through them.
