I was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis shortly after birth and have dealt with various aspects of the disease my entire life. My biggest challenges began in my late 20s when my lung disease began to greatly affect my life. Thanks to the work of the cystic fibrosis foundation and generous donors like you, new medications have been developed and are being developed which have added years to my life and eased some of my worst symptoms. I am so grateful. However there is still no cure and it is needed!

I walk in solidarity with all my fellow CFers who are struggling every day with this disease and in memory of my sister Sheri who died at age 35 from complications of the disease.
