My Great Strides Story
Our son Domenic was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis when he was two weeks old. Cystic fibrosis is a life threatening, genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. It affects about 40,000 children and adults in the United States. Thankfully, Domenic has been relatively healthy. His team of doctors at Quincy Pediatrics, Tufts Hospital for Children, and most recently Mass General Hospital, supply Domenic with quality care and preventative medications. These treatments help keep Domenic as healthy as he is. Domenic will celebrate his 16th birthday on May 3rd!
We created Dommie's Dream Team in 2009 and have participated in the Great Strides Walk for many years to help raise funds to find a cure of CF! Dommie's Dream Team has raised over $150,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. We are so thankful to our team members and donators.
Please consider donating to this worthy cause and together, we can make CF stand for Cure Found. Thank you for your support!!
Love, Jill and Glenn, Ainsley, Domenic, and Jackson
