As you may or may not know, Andrew passed on July 11, 2016 from complications of CF at the tender age of 23. His brother Jason had a double lung transplant on April 1, 2015 and with that comes complications.
Jason was diagnosed in January 2018 with chronic lung rejection and is continually being monitored. I'm relieved to say his condition hasn't worsened, however it hasn't improved either.
We take it one day at a time. This disease has taken so much, while these boys may not by my blood they are still loved as if they are. I just want to do everything I can to raise money to find a cure. I'll never stop fighting.
