Hello Friends, Clients, and fellow CFF Supporters!

It’s been a great year for Cystic Fibrosis research. In 2017, the CF Foundation funded $169 million in laboratory research, clinical research and trials to eventually find a one-time cure for every person with Cystic Fibrosis.

In the meantime, our Brendan and Bella continue to thrive thanks to the advances made possible by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, all thanks to your support. The increased research into CF has provided a great deal of insight into the disease, discovering that some people with CF have rare mutations of the disease which require more than the traditional means of medicinal therapy. Brendan and Bella are in that number, and thanks to your support $72 million has been committed to funding research and development of new treatments to help them live long and happy lives. In fact, there is a drug combination set for approval in 2019 which has been shown to be effective for people with the rare mutation that Brendan and Bella have! Our family is quite excited about the possibilities that each year brings for them.

For years I have asked for your support on behalf of my family and The Haslauer Group, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity and support. Thanks to you, I have been given the wonderful gift of being able to see my grandchildren grow up. Their chances to beat CF once and for all increase with every passing year, every dollar given, and every step taken.
