My mother lost her battle to Cystic Fibrosis on September 28, 2013. While she may not be suffering anymore, there are still moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, and friends who struggling to beat this disease

In their honor, my family and I joined forces to create Team Donna - a team passionately focused on not only raising dollars to support the foundation, but also on bringing awareness to the disease that affects an astonishing 30,000 people in the US.

Real process has been made for those living with CF. BUT THERE IS STILL NO CURE. This disease is cutting far too many lives too short. We can make a difference.

Working alongside the CF community, the CF Foundation has helped advance the development of more than a dozen CF treatments, and added decades of life for those with CF. Thanks to this work, the life expectancy of someone born with CF has doubled in the last 30 years.
While there is still no cure, this proves that real progress has been made in search for the cure, and we have each and every one of YOU that has donated in the past and future to thank for that. We hope this inspirers supporters to remember their contributions can truly make a difference!
