Being diagnosed at 6 years old was enough of a heartbreak. then being told i’ll be luck to make it to 13?! i said HECK NO. i’m now 27 with beautiful babies. i squatted over 300lbs & ran a mile in under seven minutes. Every doctor said i couldn’t or i shouldn’t. I haven’t been hospitalized since i was 19. Are there things i have to do everyday? Yes. Are there environments i have to avoid? Yes. But I will keep fighting until CF stands for cure found!
