Austin Powers Over CF

Meet Austin:

Austin was born on February 15, 2012.  We felt so blessed to be welcoming a healthy baby boy into this world.  However, when he was only 8 days old, we found out that Austin had Cystic Fibrosis.  The news came as a shock as we had no known family history of the disease.

After a lot of questions, tears, and prayers, we began to realize that no matter what curveballs get thrown our way, we will overcome them.  Austin receives excellent care from the staff of the CF center at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Aside from the doctor's visits, twice daily, treatments, and everything else CF throws his way, Austin is a super trooper.  He loves to run around and play.  The only time he sits still is when he is doing his treatments.  Austin loves Transformers, Legos and superheroes.  Austin is probably the happiest and most energetic little boy you will ever meet.  His contagious smile lights up a room.  CF will never bring our little man down.
