Patrick Strong

When our son, Patrick’s, CF was detected on the newborn heel screening, we were completely shocked and devastated. He was “healthy” and beautiful! How could this be? As we grew to learn more about his CF, we learned that he is currently the only person in the worldwide CF database with his gene combination. His doctors and team keep an amazing watchful eye on him and are certain he will live a long and normal life with the help of the various medications and treatments that have been found.  We were told in the world of CF, Patrick was born at the right time. Thanks to the people who have walked and donated before, Patrick has a chance to live a happy and full life.  Please join us for our first NYC Great Strides Walk to support Patrick as we raise awareness and money for CF. We truly have faith that Patrick will see a cure in his lifetime.
