Join Raising For Rachel in raising donations and awareness to end CF!!
For the past 8 years, team Raising for Rachel has participated in the Great Strides Walk. This year, we walk in remembrance of Rachel. Rachel lost her fight against Cystic Fibrosis on December 13, 2016.
Rachel had very high fundraising goals for our team and we are continuing them!!! We all miss her immeasurably and wish she was here with us.
Please donate or join our team and help us honor Rachel's memory by supporting the cause she held so dearly.
Right now there are approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis, and unfortunatly Rachel was one of them. CF limited her daily life, forcing her to take around 40 pills a day and spend hours doing breathing treatments and tube feedings. Rachel spent weeks or even months in the hospital during the year and its about time that all stops for the CF community!!
Rachel created this team to fundraise for a cure and to help ensure a future for everyone living with CF. Will you join us? All we need you to do to become a member of our team is click on the "Join our Team" button. From there you can make a donation and start your fundraising or simply become a team member and show your support by walking with us on walk day!
By becoming a member of our team and making a donation, you are joining a growing group of people committed to finding a cure for cystic fibrosis. No donation is to big or too small and every penny counts. Many lives are cut far too short but together, we are adding tomorrows to the lives of people living with CF by supporting the search for a cure that we so deperately need.
Great Strides is a fun, family-friendly and pet-friendly event that raises awareness and support for people with CF and their families. I'm excited to see you on walk day!!!
