Team Alec

Hi Everyone! 

This is the 30th year for TEAM ALEC.  Wow!  I think of all our walks and the wrap-around events we've hosted to raise funds for CF research. The dances where local bands volunteered their talent to keep us entertained and the endless jello shots we would make. Our volunteer waitress nights will always be one of my favorite events. To think a couple  of local establishments allowed me to bring in volunteers to serve and bartend. What love the Eaton community has shown us over 30 years. 

I remember walking the Eaton community with Alec in his stroller asking for donations and educating people about CF. At that time we were told Alec’s life expectancy was 21. Fast forward 30 years Alec will be pushing his son in a stroller. This alone is a reason to celebrate every day. I will continue to fundraise and educate until CF stands for CURE FOUND.
