In February, we lost Keith after a valiant fight with pancreatic cancer for nearly two years. It wasn't CF that took his life. He and Kyle had the upper hand on CF thanks to your faithful support of CF research for so many years. Your generosity allowed the twins to live well past their life expectancy and to gain some normalcy in their lives after years of battling CF. We cannot thank you enough for the life you've enriched for them.
But our quest to find a cure for CF is not done. We are Team Twins and will always be Team Twins. We'll continue for Kyle and for all those with CF. We know Keith will be with us in spirit and is always in our hearts.
Each year our family and friends participate in the Great Strides walk to raise money for research, in hopes of someday finding a cure. Your generosity has allowed our Team Twins to raise more than $800,000 over the 38 years of Keith and Kyle's lifetime. You have opened your hearts and responded to our plea for help in such an incredible way. With your generous support we have been one of the leading teams in this effort to find a cure. Your dollars are adding years to the lives of those with CF. Again, we cannot thank you enough.
This year's walk is May 18th in Cincinnati at Sawyer Point. It's not easy to come back year after year and seek your help but we must. So we ask that if your budget allows, please consider helping us with a donation again this year. Help us continue to extend the lives of CF patients. Any donation you can make will be greatly appreciated by our family and all who are touched by this disease.
Thank you for your generous and loving support
