First I want to say that I miss all of you! Colin is doing well. He graduated with a master's degree in kinesiology with an emphasis on sports nutrition in May, 2018. His health is good. For that we are blessed.
And now for the important part of this message. There are approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends and co-workers who struggle every day just to breathe. We walk for them and hope you will support us in our efforts.
Real progress has been made in the search for a cure, but the lives of people with CF are still cut far too short (trust me). There still is no cure for this devastating disease. By walking, we are helping add tomorrows to the lives of people living with cystic fibrosis. Will you join us? Support Colin's Best Friends (aka Colin's Commandos by our t-shirts) by making a donation to our Great Strides fundraising campaign today!
Great Strides is a fun, family-friendly event that raises awareness and support for people with CF and their families. Come join us on May 18th if you'd like. We'd love to have you be a part of our team. The walk this year for the Atlanta area is at Suwanee Town Center, 330 Town Center Avenue, Suwanee, GA 30024 (for GPS purposes). The walk starts at 9:30AM. If you would like a t-shirt and don't have one yet, please send me your t-shirt size. It would be wonderful to see you again!
Please support us! Help us reach our fundraising goal by donating to our Great Strides fundraising campaign. Your gift will help add tomorrows to the lives of people like Colin with cystic fibrosis by supporting life-saving research and medical progress. Your gift is 100-percent tax deductible. Take care. And thank you so much.
