Hi everyone! I'm Haley Flewellyn and this is my story. Before I was born the doctors told my parents that something was wrong, but they weren't sure what it was. They had no idea what to think! They were soon told their little girl had Cystic Fibrosis. It has been a struggle, but they have always made ends meet with whatever I have needed. I have not always struggled like others with CF just because I have kept up with myself and always had parents who made me do my treatments and medicine like I am suppose to. The doctors trips to Atlanta and hospital stays for two weeks are rough, but that is just something that comes along with having Cystic Fibrosis! Being positive throughout this crazy journey of this disease has helped me stay well for the most part. CF sucks, but you just can't take the good days for granted because you never know when the end of your journey will be. I dreamed of getting married and having kids, which is something that wasn't even possible years ago when I was born. Because of your donations, Blake and I now have a sweet baby girl named Finnley! With your donations you are making dreams come true with the tremendous research that is put in to finding a cure and treatments. Every donation that is made to Team Haley's Hope is not just for my hope, but also to help all the others who are fighting this life threatening disease with me. There are approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis, me being one of those. There are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends and co-workers who struggle every day just to breathe. I walk for them and hope you will support me in my efforts to help find a CURE!
