Our Great Strides Story

Welcome to our team Steps for Elizabeth!

 We are a team dedicated to raise awareness and funds in the fight against Cystic Fibrosis.  

  Everyone meet our beautiful daughter Elizabeth(Ellie), from the begining we knew she was a fighter.  She is the absolute love and light of our lives. With all the things Ellie endures daily with this disease she always is happy and has a constant smile on her face. She is by far the strongest little girl we know. Since birth she has had countless hospitalizations, surgeries, and what seems like an infinite amount of appointments at the CF clinic. Elizabeth fully understands the importance of putting her health first and Luckily starting her treatments so young gives her such an advantage to live a long healthy life. These past few years Covid-19 brought an emotional roller coaster to our lives.  Thanks to all the heroes out there that keep a constant watch on her well being, with your help and generous donations medical research can advance and new medications and tratments can be put into place.

For too long, cystic fibrosis, a rare, genetic disease, has robbed people of tomorrows – progressively limiting their ability to breathe and tragically shortening life. There are approximately 30,000 Americans living with CF. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends, and co-workers who struggle every day in the face of this devasting disease. We walk in Great Strides for them. Will you join us?

Great Strides is a fun event that provides a fantastic opportunity for family, friends, students, and colleagues to come together to make a difference in the lives of people with CF.

To participate, just click on the "Join our Team" button or click on Elizabeth's name on the bottom and donate. From there, you can make a donation and start fundraising.
