Hello and Welcome!
Thank you for visiting our page :)
Our son Andy, who is almost two years old, was born with cystic fibrosis.
This is our second time participating in the Great Strides campaign aimed at finding the cure for cystic fibrosis. This year the walk is Saturday April 1st at 8:30 am at Miami Zoo. We walk in support and to raise extremely important money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which continues to lead the way in the fight against CF, fueling extraordinary medical and scientific progress. The life expectancy of someone born with CF has doubled in the last 30 years. Despite this progress, many people with CF do not benefit from existing therapies either because their disease is too advanced or because their specific genetic mutations will not respond. They are children, moms, dads, sisters, brothers, friends, and co-workers who struggle every day in the face of this devastating disease.
Please join us by registering to Team Andy and donating any amount you can. Every dollar counts and is so very appreciated! Your support helps us get one step closer to a cure for cystic fibrosis - a rare, genetic, life-shortening disease. If unable to participate on the walk in person, you can still participate as a virtual walker.
To participate, just click on the "Join our Team" button. From there, you can make a donation and start fundraising. Your gift will help add tomorrows to the lives of people with cystic fibrosis by supporting life-saving research and medical progress. Your gift is 100-percent tax deductible.
By joining our Great Strides team and making a donation, you will be part of a tenacious and passionate group of people committed to ending this disease. Together, let's make CF stand for Cure Found!
Please share this webpage with friends, family and colleagues and help us continue to raise funds so that others with CF do not have to suffer.
Thank you so much <3
Hola y bienvenido!
