It is so fitting as I update this year's page that we have raised $365. Elianna is a fighter 365 days a year. Some days she approaches the fight like a super heavy weight while other days she's a little more timid in her approach- but everyday for the past 17 months Trikafta has been in her corner and kept her with a winning record!
Elianna made the decision to go back to in person school in February to finish out her freshman year. She has loved being in person and enjoys having Aunt Kathleen as her principal. She is anxiously awaiting her May birthday so that she may get her driver's permit. We will be celebrating her birthday, her fight, the progress of the CF Foundation and still working towards a cure on Saturday, May 15th. We invite you to join us for this virtual event and drop the gaunlet for you to accept the #65Roseschallenge. Choose a 65 themed challange durihng the month of May and share it with us on social meeting. I could be 65 seconds, miles, or repetitions - however you want show your support!
Real progress has been made in the search for a cure, but the lives of people with CF are still cut far too short. There still is no cure for this devastating disease. By walking today, I am helping add tomorrows to the lives of people living with cystic fibrosis. Will you join me? Support me by making a donation to my Great Strides fue CF families before us who created the Foundation Elianna will have the opportunity to be here for them well into adulthood.ndraising campaign today!
