Another year has flown by and thanks to your constant support and prayers, Elianna and Ian have stayed healthy and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has continued to make amazing strides to a cure! In December we were estatic to have Elianna begin taking the life changing drug, Trikafta. She had an amazing first clinic after just one month of treatment. We hope that in April we will continue to receive good reports.
It is nearly impossible for us to believe that Elianna is finishing middle school this year. She hopes to follow in Keenan's footsteps by attending the Early College High School. She is focused on becoming a middle school teacher. She has also been developing her skills as a cake decorator.
Please consider supporting us during our Great Strides Walk on Saturday, May 9th. We would love to have you walk with us, make a donation of support or show up to celebrate this year’s successes for Elianna, her cousin Ian and the other 30,000 Americans fighting this disease.
Real progress has been made in the search for a cure, but the lives of people with CF are still cut far too short. There still is no cure for this devastating disease. By walking today, I am helping add tomorrows to the lives of people living with cystic fibrosis. Will you join me? Support me by making a donation to my Great Strides fue CF families before us who created the Foundation Elianna will have the opportunity to be here for them well into adulthood.ndraising campaign today!
