There are approximately 40,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis. YES - that number is going UP due to the advancements in medicine over the last few decades! HOORAY!

Real progress has been made for those who have CF, but there is still no cure for this devastating disease and many lives are cut far too short. We’ve come so far, but there’s still so much work to do. We will not stop striding until all those with cystic fibrosis have a cure. We will not leave anyone behind.  

Robyn just had a great check-up with lung function numbers higher than I can ever remember. And she was taken OFF of another medication. She still takes others though, and does her 'vest' and nebulizer treatments every day, so still not a cure. But Trikafta is a wondrous treatment that has improved SO many lives! There's more work to be done though!
