Our cousin, Rhett is one of approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, and friends who struggle every day just to breathe. I walk for all of them. Will you join me and support my fundraising goal?

2021 was a huge year for Rhett in his journey with CF. He turned 6 years old at about the same time that Trikafta, a miracle drug to treat CF, was approved for ages 6 and up! It's such a blessing that all of the dedication & perserverance his caretakers have given him has kept his lungs so healthy. Now Trikafta can work its magic to keep them that way!

This is just one example of the real progress has been made for those who have CF, but there is still no cure for this devastating disease and many lives are cut far too short. We’ve come so far, but there’s still so much work to do. I will not stop striding until all those with cystic fibrosis have a cure. We will not leave anyone behind.

After a 3 year absence... The GREAT STRIDES walk through Centennial Park (in Howard County, MD) to benefit Cystic Fibrosis is scheduled for Saturday, June 4th (time tbd)! Come and walk around the park, enjoy a free lunch & some live entertainment, and celebrate our fantastic team effort! The organizers provide lunch and my family will be providing some homemade goodies for our team. If you raise $100, you'll receive a t-shirt from Great Strides.
