What a year 2020 has been so far!
Thankfully, Tess has been extra prudent about coronavirus and has been doing well. She was able to start Trikafta (the new drug that treats CF at a genetic level) last summer and it has been helping her quite a bit. She plans on returning for her junior year at SUNY Brockport this year as she continues to pursue her major in nursing.
The CF Foundation was unable to host their usual events this year due to the pandemic. It has been a difficult year for a lot of us but if you can contribute anything to Team Tess, we'd be very grateful. It has been incredible to see our fundraising dollars contribute to the advancements in cystic fibrosis treatment over the years. The new drug Trikafta has been revolutionary for a lot of CF patients.
Let's keep up the good work and fight until CF stands for Cure Found!
