So soon?  Yes, Great Strides has moved back to May from November for 2024.  That’s why I am asking you so soon for your most appreciated donations.  As Team Leader for “M&M’s Find a Cure Team” for the Great Strides 2024 event on May 18, 2024, my goal is to raise $20,000. to continue the foundation’s work to find a cure for this disease.

Any amount will be greatly appreciated, and no amount is too small! I’m asking you to please help us in making this Great Strides event extra special and raise funds to support the ongoing research to find a cure for cystic fibrosis.

You all know this to be Mike & Mary Jayne McGinnis team. Mike has been involved with the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of the Foundation for more than 25 years and has witnessed the caring people associated with the CF Community, especially the children and families affected by this disease.

Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs.  Tens of thousands of children and adults in the United States. In recent years our foundation has made enormous strides in developing new treatments to help those affected by CF live more normal lives. Our commitment is that we will not leave a single person behind; while the proven therapies have helped more than ninety percent of the CF population, there is still a very large number of patients that need our help.
