My Great Strides Story

I have been fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for almost my whole life!  I love my brother and I want him to have the best chance for health and happiness.

With the birth of his son Caspian last Fall, Greg wants to do everything he can to stay healthy so he can enjoy the milestones in Caspian's life.

Our past fundraising efforts have led to the development of twelve therapies that help CF patients, one of which has directly benefitted Greg.

We have to keep working so all people with CF can have an option to help their specific type of CF.

We also have to keep funding new treatments so people with CF have the best chance of controlling or, better yet, eliminating CF.

I will become a parent this summer, and my child may carry a recessive gene for CF.  That means a future child of hers might be faced with a cystic fibrosis diagnosis.  

I hope by that time we will have made CF stand for Cure Found!!
