Jack Robert Senior was born on January 16, 2018, small but mighty. He was in the NICU at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for 80 days. Jack came into this world 10 weeks early due to a twisted intestine which required immediate surgery before he was even a day old. While he was still in the womb, we found out that Jack has Cystic Fibrosis. Many of his issues seemed to stem from this diagnosis. Jack became an angel on April 6, 2018. Please help us in the fight to find a cure for CF so other people can live the happy and healthy life that Jack couldn't.
