As many of you already know, both my sister and I have Cystic Fibrosis. CF is a chronic illness that affects the lungs and/or digestive system. A daily routine for someone with CF includes a treatment regimen as well as antibiotics/prescriptions to help prevent flare-ups and ailments as well as help digest food/nutrient intake.
Although CF can be overwhelming at times, I am very grateful for the health I do have. CF can easily land you in the hospital for "tune-ups" and so far, I have been hospital free as an adult!
Why do I need your support? The answer would be that I, as well as others with CF, need your support to raise funds to promote a day where CF will equate to Cure Found! Where a daily routine will no longer include treatments, hospitalizations, antibiotics and prescriptions!
Please consider supporting me! I will be participating in the Great Strides Walk (that Will be in person this year) on May 20th. I'd love for your monetary support and/or physical support the day of.
Please don't hesitate to contact me for further details and/or with questions.
Thank you in advance for your support!
