General McLane High School is hosting the 11th Annual fundraising meet to "Take Down Cystic Fibrosis" on January 6th at 5pm, against Hickory and 7pm against Brookville.
Charlee Cook, Coach Cook's 10 year old daughter suffers from cystic fibrosis , a progressive disease that causes damage to the lungs, digestive system and other organs in the body. This event, featuring a competition between 3 of the top 16 teams in District 10 will kick off this year's fundraising efforts to support CFF's mission to find a cure for ALL of those with CF. All proceeds are donated to the foundation in honor of the Great Strides Team, Charlee's Angels. Charlee's Angels will walk together at Great Strides in May and all of our supporters are invited to join us.
Please fundraise with us! Everyone is encouraged to register and fundraise - anyone raising $100 will get a free t-shirt.
Our goal is to have 26 sponsors, 2 for each weight class. If you are able to make a $200 donation to sponsor this event, we would greatly appreciate it and will recognize you on our event t-shirts. Please email gmwrestlecoach@gmail.com to arrange payment.
