My name is Stephanie Errigo, I'm 30 years old and the person I love has Cystic Fibrosis. James came into my life about 4 years ago and it was pretty much love at first sight. We are now married :-) I am continually learning everyday from him what it means to live with CF and the power of staying positive which I practice in my everyday life as an elementary school counselor.
I hold the CF foundation close to my heart because they have funded the research for drugs that help people like my fiance James live longer, healthier, happier lives. More recently a new drug, Trikafta, was released and James was just able to get approved to take this medicine and the effects it has been having are totally amazing! I walk for the CF foundation because it hits so close to home and I have seen the positive things that this foundation has been able to achieve for CF patients. I appreciate all your donations and positive thoughts as we continue to fundraise for this great foundation!
There are approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends, and co-workers who struggle every day just to breathe. I walk for them and hope you will support me in my efforts. Great Strides is a fun, family-friendly event that raises awareness and support for people with CF and their families.
Real progress has been for those who have CF, but there is still no cure for this devastating disease and many lives are cut far too short. By walking today, I am helping add tomorrows to the lives of people living with cystic fibrosis. Will you join me? Please consider making a donation to my Great Strides fundraising campaign today!
Please support me!
