Where is Our Adventure Going?

 We are setting foot at 11AM, on Saturday, May 18th at Point State Park to walk around 2 miles of the beautiful paved paths within the park to celebrate the CF community.

 Why Say Yes To The Adventure?

 Because I say Why Not...

In all seriousness, this adventure will welcome you into the deep and passionate culture of the Cystic Fibrosis community. By saying "YES" you are making a stand to help join and support the CF community in our belief of creating better tomorrows for those like myself who are afflicted with this deadly disease. It is only because of kind people like yourself in the past who gave of their time, money, and attention to show up and understand and raise awareness about CF that I am able to live this great life I have been blessed with today!

 What Impact Will I Make By Saying YES?

By saying "YES" and showing your thrill for adventure, your impact will go a long way in creating better tomorrows for people like me and my family who have shared the burden of the never ending battle that CF has challenged us with. The money raised through this event will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which is the largest nonprofit organization within the CF community. They take the money that is raised and use it to help research and develop new treatments and programs that extend the life span and increase the quality of life for those of us who battle CF. While these breakthroughs are amazing in their own right, they ARE NOT a CURE! That is what saying YES truly impacts, it is the fact that YOU are joining our community in faith that we will follow this adventure to its end destination of FINDING A CURE!!

How Can I Say YES?

You can choose to say "YES" to this adventure by joining me and my team through this page.  Show up for the walk between 10 and 11am to check in, walk with us as far as you can, and then stay for the meal and festivities that follow. If making the walk is not possible, you can still be a part of this movement by giving to reach our goal of $1,000 and by simply sharing this page to others within your social circle!  A preemptive thank you to YOU for taking the time to read up to this part and learn about something that is such a large part of my life and the life of every other person who battles CF.
