While the CF Foundation has currently suspended in-person events for the safety of our community, the cystic fibrosis community is finding new ways to come together.
Lace up, gear up, step up!
How do I participate?
Register to Participate Virtually.
This year we have combined our Great Strides walks, Cycle for Life, and CF Stair Climb together for one Virtual Endurance Campaign. Register for the event you would have participated in this year or the event you are most excited about next year!
Whether you choose to walk, dance, swim or another activity that brings you joy, we are excited to showcase the strength of our community and passion to find a cure for all people living with cystic fibrosis.
Recruit others to participate with you (at a safe distance or even from another state). Now that we are virtual, you can participate anywhere! Download Strava and join our Virtual Endurance Club to track your activity so we can all participate together, even though this year we are apart.
Fundraise online by leveraging tools in the Participant Center, the mobile app, and on Facebook to reach your goal. Create a virtual passion fundraising event by developing an event through your favorite hobby, activity, or passion.
Share your Journey.
Wear your CF Foundation branded apparel or custom team t-shirt and share how you’re participating on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Make sure to tag the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (@CF_Foundation) and our chapter (@CF_Washington) and use the hashtags: #LaceUp4CF #65RosesChallenge and #Together65 to keep the energy and momentum going strong!
We want to celebrate you and your participation! Join us for our closing ceremony Monday, October 5th on Facebook Live.
