Learning when he was a newborn that my grandson has cystic fibrosis was devastating and overwhelming. When he was first diagnosed, there were no disease modifyfying drugs available. Since then, thanks to research funded by CFF, he has been taking modulating drugs. Since starting Trikafta in 2021, his health has improved dramatically. This knowledge helps offset the worry about his disease to know about tangible progress in research for drugs that will make a huge difference in the lives of people with cystic fibrosis. This research would not happen without financial support from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which is funded by donations from people like you. This fundraising effort will directly benefit the lives of people living with cystic fibrosis, including Connor.
