Bentley is my son and was diagnosed at three weeks old, this year he will be turning TWELVE! There are many mutations of CF out there and he has DDF508 which is a very common mutation. Bentley loves video games, playing baseball and basketball, being with family, and playing outside with his friends! He is very determined, driven, independent, smart, and funny. One of a kind personality that you instantly fall in love with. Bentley having CF has not stopped him one bit even though the frustration gets to him once in awhile with everything. He has an amazing support team, friends, and doctors to make sure we stay thriving until C stands for CURE. Until then we take each day as it comes and continue to spread the word Cystic Fibrosis for Bentley and all the CF heros!

There are approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, and friends who struggle every day just to breathe. I walk for them. Will you join me and support my fundraising goal?

Real progress has been made for those who have CF, but there is still no cure for this devastating disease and many lives are cut far too short. We've come so far, but there's still so much work to do. I will not stop striding until all those with cystic fibrosis have a cure. We will not leave anyone behind.
