Walking with Will

We are "Walking with Will" on March 23 to reach the dream that one day, every person with cystic fibrosis will have the chance to live a long, healthy life. You can help us reach that goal!

Our Great Strides Story  

Will is 26 years old and lives in Austin, TX, where he enjoys great health and life with friends and working as a media content creator. He won’t be able to join us in person this year, but we will walk and run and raise money to support the CF Foundation because they have done SO much for Will and all those with CF. They fund the research for development of miracle medications that work! (See Vanessa's walker page for more details on Will's story.) They also help people with CF figure out complicated insurance and drug access needs. This is becoming more important as over 60% of CF patients now are adults - praise the Lord! 

Please help us keep up the progress in one (or more) of these ways:

•  Join our team to walk with us in person or virtually at the Great Strides walk. It's a fun morning with family, friends and community on the Lee U campus. To become a member, click the "Join this  team" button. From there, you can donate and start fundraising. Or just sign up and show up to walk! :)
• Run the 65 Roses 5K! It happens at the same place and time as the walk in one big event. For a race timing chip and bib, go to www.leeuniversity.edu/cf for details and to register online.
• Donate here online to support one of our "Walk with Will" team members. The CF Foundation will use your money well!
• Pray for Will and the 40,000 people in the U.S. who are living full lives while managing a complex, chronic disease. The love and support of our family and friends and the daily grace from our merciful Father have made all the difference for Will and our family the past 25 years.
