Dear Friends and Family,
It is that time of year again!! Time to reach out to all my wonderful friends and family and ask you once again to dig into those pockets to make a small donation. We took the year off from fundraising in 2020 due to Covid, but we are back at it again because we can't stop the FIGHT. You guys, Katie has been doing so great on the amazing medication, Trikafta. This medication has been completly life changing for Katie. She has not been hospitalized due to Cystic Fibrosis for a few years, and she is feeling fantastic. Katie and her husband Jake welcomed twin baby girls to their family in September of 2020 and they are now expecting their 3rd child, a sweet baby boy, due in July 2022. . Those sweet babies need to have their mommy around for a long time, so that makes this fundraiser even more important. Also, there are still many wonderful people with Cystic Fibrosis that do not have their miracle medication yet, so we fight for them as well. These incredible medications that have changed Katies life would not have been possible without all of your support in the past, so we thank you immensely!!
There are approximately 30,000 Americans living with cystic fibrosis. They are moms, dads, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, and friends who struggle every day just to breathe. I walk for them. Will you join me and support my fundraising goal?
Real progress has been made for those who have CF, but there is still no cure for this devastating disease and many lives are cut far too short. We’ve come so far, but there’s still so much work to do. I will not stop striding until all those with cystic fibrosis have a cure. We will not leave anyone behind.
Please support me!
We are at a pivotal moment in the history of cystic fibrosis and your support matters. With your help, we can invest our resources in research today, while raising funds for tomorrow, to ensure we have what it takes to reach the finish line. Together, we can make CF stand for Cure Found. Please help me reach my fundraising goal!
