COME ONE, COME ALL…… SUPPORT OUR CAUSE TO CURE CYSTIC FIBROSIS 2020 IN HONOR OF OUR HERO, MOJO MAN!!!
Dear Family & Friends Near and Far ~
We are still at it, fighting the fight, and praying that this year IS the year for a cure for MoJo’s mutations!!!
While this last year has been a doozy again, landing him back in the hospital and on IV meds for 2 months, he has become extremely disciplined in daily treatments for airway clearance. In addition to the machines, his chosen way of this airway clearance continues to be in the ocean (surfing, fishing or sailing). He definitely feels much better breathing in all the salt air after being in or on the ocean. In the winter, it is difficult to be out there in the weather and the cold, so we are looking at options for becoming “snow birds”. Other than these daily regimens, Morgan is an average teenager with lots of friends, enjoys many water activities and spending time with family. He definitely has a spunk for life, always laughing and making jokes, while determined to kick this disease’s butt. He will not let it define him, to which we are Very Thankful. This year the CF Walk will be at the Ocean Institute at the North end of Dana Point harbor going thru the harbor on May 2, 2020. Registration begins at 8:30, Team Picture at 9:15, Walk starts at 10:00am We would be honored and grateful if you wish to attend and donate to this cause so dear to our hearts. ANY donation is acceptable!!!! It all adds up to Research for our Cure and Medicines that have prolonged lives of people with Cystic Fibrosis like Morgan. Remember just 25 years ago, most did not make it to kindergarten. Now…….cures have been found for some!!!! NEXT = CURE FOR MOJO!!!!
Thank YOU for your time in reading this, All of your donations, Love, Support AND All of your prayers!!!! Hope to see you May 2. Hoping each of your lives are thriving and filled with lots of Love. With Gratitude, Much Love to you All, Gary, Inga, Heidi, Logan and Morgan (MoJo Man)
