Cullen was born with a rare genetic disease that effects approximately 30,000 Americans known as Cystic Fibrosis. We registered for our first Great Strides walk shortly after he was born and just before the COVID-19 pandemic started. Although the event was canceled, we were still able to raise over $10,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation which has been paramount in helping our family and so many others navigate the complexities of this disease from care management to fighting endless insurance battles on our behalf. This can not emphasize the amount of good this foundation has done and continues to do each and every year. Recently the median life expectancy for someone born with CF is 50 years which is the most incredible milestone. There is still a long way to go and we will continue to walk with, and for Cullen, as long as it takes to find a cure. Thank you so much for your love, prayers, and support.
Please support me!
We are at a pivotal moment in the history of cystic fibrosis and your support matters. With your help, we can invest our resources in research today, while raising funds for tomorrow, to ensure we have what it takes to reach the finish line. Together, we can make CF stand for Cure Found. Please help me reach my fundraising goal!
